New Acland Street Chicken Adventure!

Acland Street will also come bursting to life again this weekend and one of our latest startups is Korr Jee Roast Chicken.

I believe 16 hours go into preparing this chicken with spices, with an assortment of carefully selected sides. It has a crispy skin and flavour that begs for more!

A Southern Chinese influence on the flavours sets this apart from other such shops, we have a few chicken shops, Episode Chicken is fun, the Fitzroy Street fish and chip shop go alright and there is magnificent Minh at Lilydale Chicken, but this also has a delicious flavour point of difference worth exploring.

They have a menu that includes a burger and other familiar chicken takeaway fare but I chose a classic quarter chicken and chips with coleslaw, delicious!
