9:15am Warm up session and Mass Choir Rehearsal
Bring your instruments for a slow warm-up and the mass choir reading session. All levels are encouraged to participate. Sheet music provided.
11:00am Conservatorium Young Artists Academy: Youth & Community Musicians Lower Brass Workshops
This workshop is for our community players to get an opportunity to geek out on all things low brass! Bring your instrument and come with questions, or just come to learn:
-How and what to practice.
-Who’s who in low brass.
-Recordings that every brass musician must have in their listening library.
-What amazing brass-related things are happening in Victoria.

1:15pm Masterclass streams:
1. VCE Performance and Advanced Secondary Students
Attend this session focussed on solo repertoire if you are preparing for your VCE Music exam or thinking about taking VCE Music in the future. This session is in Hanson Dyer Hall on Level 3 of the Conservatorium.
2. Masterclass on Symphonic Excerpts and Audition Preparation
This session on ensemble excerpts is to assist students with preparing orchestral excerpts towards university and/or community ensemble auditions. This session is in Kenneth Myer Auditorium on the Ground Floor.
3. Young Artists Academy
For young players who want to take the next big steps and try performing in a friendly, supportive environment.
