Mick created TAGG - The Alternative Gig Guide in 1979 with Helmut Katterl, the world's first real Street Magazine. He had been involved with his father's publishing business, Toorak Times and associated publications since 1972.  Mick was also involved in Melbourne's music scene for a number of years opening venues, discovering and managing bands and providing information and support for the industry.        

Sydney Design Week 2021 goes digital with a two-day Design Summit on 16-17 September. A program of panel discussions and talks connecting local and international designers and global design centres, centred on the theme Hyperconnectivity exploring the ties that bind us today.

Sydney Design Week 2021

Day One
16 September 2021

Day one features talks with multi-disciplinary designer Jonathan Zawda discussing his eye-popping art, followed by a live link-up between Powerhouse Ultimo and the Design Museum London featuring a panel of experts.

Day Two
17 September 2021

Day two includes conversations with three innovative designers and a livestream with soon-to-open M+ museum of visual culture in Hong Kong. The evening will feature conversations with renowned urban designer Ronan Bouroullec and Australia’s most acclaimed designer Marc Newson.
